Schoolboy, 14, accuses teacher of taking photos of his private parts

 

Klang Selatan police have opened an investigation into a claim by a schoolboy who said a teacher had taken a photograph of him lying on the floor without his trousers on.

PETALING JAYA: A 14-year-old schoolboy has lodged a police report claiming that a secondary school teacher had snapped a photograph of his private parts and threatened to post it online.

The boy said in the police report that the teacher had dragged him into a storeroom after he had kicked the teacher while they were playing futsal.

He said the teacher shut the door and told him to remove his trousers and lie on the floor. The teacher then used a phone to snap a photograph of the boy’s private parts, the report said.

The boy also alleged that the teacher had assaulted him by grabbing him by the collar and pressing him against a wall.

FMT has learned that Klang Selatan police have opened an investigation into the report.

V Vemal Arasan, a lawyer engaged by the boy’s family, said the school had pressured the boy to withdraw the report but a new report was lodged after Vemal spoke to him.

He said five other students had witnessed the teacher manhandling his client. - FMT
