PARLIAMENT | The ‘FF’ number plate series that was opened for bidding recently has netted RM34,296,327.
Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook announced that this was the highest revenue earned since the launch of the Road Transport Department (JPJ)’s e-bidding services in 2019.
At a press conference today, he said 34,032 people placed bids for this series, with the highest placed for number plate ‘FF8’ at RM950,000.
This was followed by ‘FF9’ at RM911,999, ‘FF3’ at RM639,000, ‘FF2’ at RM638,000, and ‘FF7’ at RM633,000.
