Economy Minister Rafizi Ramli has announced that applications for the CEO posts of Teraju and Yayasan Peneraju are now open.
In an unusual move Rafizi, who is also PKR deputy president, has opened the positions to qualified members of the public to apply.
“The Economy Ministry has two agencies that are in the process of a change of leadership, namely Teraju – which is responsible for managing the development of the bumiputera economic agenda; and Yayasan Peneraju – which oversees the development of bumiputera professional skills and talents.
“The Economy Ministry is also responsible for managing the digital economy development agenda through the Digital Economy and Fourth Industrial Revolution Council (MED4IR).
“We would like to invite professionals in the tech and digital fields who want to volunteer for MED4IR to apply to be a council member.
“We are now inviting qualified candidates to apply to fill this vacancy,” said Rafizi in a brief statement.
He said that MED4IR was chaired by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.
