KUALA LUMPUR: Owning a big car is nice and comfortable, but parking the vehicle may be challenging. Or perhaps the driver could not be bothered at all to do it properly.
This appeared to be the situation of a red Mazda CX-5 owner, who allegedly parked his vehicle very close to a blue car, with his back wheel slightly encroaching on the adjacent lot.
Annoyed by the situation, Hezeri Samsuri, a managing editor of an automotive media company, took to Twitter to air his irritation over the driver's parking skill – or the lack of it.
A short video he posted showed a note stuck onto the Mazda's driver window with a message "Learn to park la!"
"Do you like to trouble people? Can't even park next to a pillar. Next time, ride a bicycle," he said in the tweet that garnered more than 160,000 views so far.
The short video was retweeted over 300 times and also liked more than 700 times at press time.
The video also showed a very tight space between the driver's side of the blue car and the red Mazda.
In a subsequent tweet on the same thread, Hezeri complained that another car was also closely parked on the other side of his vehicle.
"Why is it so difficult to park?" he asked.
Netizens were quick to criticise the bigger car owner, with Twitter user @muhd_zd saying: "Big car (with) small brain", while another user, @YusYussof, said: "Expensive car but (owner's) brain left at home".
Others also shared similar predicaments faced in their areas. - NST
