Dzulkefly suffering from suspected kidney stones

 

Health Minister Dzulkefly Ahmad was referred to the Emergency Department of a hospital early this morning due to suspected symptoms of renal colic.

Renal colic is pain from the blockage of the urinary tract by stones.

The Health Ministry, in a statement today, said that he is currently in stable condition and receiving treatment.

“Let us all pray for his good health and speedy recovery to resume his duties,” the statement read.
