KUALA LUMPUR - The Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (IDEAS) Council met on Tuesday, chaired by Mohamed Dzaiddin bin Haji Abdullah, and resolved that Nur Jazlan Mohamed who was appointed Deputy Home Affairs Minister on Tuesday, be dropped from the IDEAS Council effective immediately, since he was now part of the Executive.
“We would like to thank him for his service and support, and we wish him good luck in his new and challenging position,” said IDEAS in a statement issued by IDEAS President Tunku Abidin Muhriz. - FMT
