Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak today chaired a special meeting with secretaries-general of ministries at Parliament House.
The meeting, which started at 3.30pm, was also attended by the chief secretary to the government Ali Hamsa.
Also present were Armed Forces chief Raja Mohamed Affandi Raja Mohamed Noor, inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar and attorney-general Mohamad Apandi Ali.
The meeting ended at 5.30pm.
