Kadir Jasin: People will be happier with Harapan if Najib is in jail sooner
The veteran newsman, in his assessment of the ruling coalition, also chides some ministers for not being people-friendly.
I need to concur with A. Kadir Jasin statement above that the sooner Najib Tun Razak is jailed, the support for PH will increase and Malaysians will be much happier.
Rosmah Manor should also not be spared and be sent to jail for her crimes immediately.
No one should be spared in this episode.
The list should also include PAS President Hadi Awang, Ibrahim Ali, Lokman Noor Adam, Terengganu MB Rosdy Wan Ismail, former CJ Hamid Mohamad, and all those who had in some way issued statements to incite and/or to provoke hate against another fellow Malaysians.
Former AG Apandi Ali for his circumventing the 1MDB fiasco.
Senate President S. Vigneswaran for not adhering to the protocol requirements at KLIA.
The punishment must be severe since they are the "elite" class who know the law.
When a desperate and really poor mother or father is caught shoplifting to please their infant or child, the Court without hesitation imposes a heavy punishment without any sense of pity, when they have the discretion to issue just a warning and release them.
Just imagine the double standards practiced. Poor and ordinary Malaysians are treated differently in the eyes of the law.
Justice should be applied fairly and equally on everyone.
Another important matter that need to be seen to be done immediately is to deregister UMNO by the Registrar of Societies since UMNO had not adhered to its own party Constitution.- Mohd. Kamal Abdullah
