Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad has clarified media reports concerning his favourie Marvel character.
Yesterday, numerous media reports said the 94-year-old politician liked the supervillain Thanos, while Astro Awani's version stated that he preferred the Hulk instead.
However, in a Twitter posting this evening, Mahathir clarified that his favourite character is actually the hammer but now axe-wielding Thor.
“When reporters asked which character I liked in the exhibition, I picked Thor,” he said.
A video of the prime minister speaking to the press shows that he said "the one with the axe" when asked who his favourite character was.
Mahathir had made the remarks after launching 'Marvel Studios: Ten Years of Heroes' exhibition at Pavilion mall in Kuala Lumpur last night.
The exhibition is organised by Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia together with Crave Alive and Beast Kingdom, in partnership with Maybank, Samsung Malaysia and KLOOK.
It showcases the last 10 years of the Marvel cinematic universe with 10 immersive galleries featuring original movie props, costumes, concept art and interactive experiences. - Mkini
