PAS Information chief Kamaruzaman Mohamad told party delegates that the party's information system also focuses on issues that show the weakness of the DAP-led Pakatan Harapan Penang government.
In fact, according to him, issues involving the weakness of Harapan in Penang will be published in every issue of Harakah.
"We have made Penang a focus on the weaknesses that are going on at the Harapan government level.
"We have also appointed an officer in Penang to serve with Harakah specifically to tackle issues in Penang," he said when delivering the closing speech of the 67th PAS Congress in Kuala Terengganu today.
He said this in response to Penang PAS delegates who questioned if the party's official media did not give enough coverage on issues in Penang.
Kamaruzaman said his party did not sideline Penang and state operations had even become a focus of PAS media channels.
However, he also appealed for PAS members to subscribe to the party's official newspaper.
“Other states are also not left behind. We have representatives in almost every state.
"But I ask you to please read Harakah print version. The sales volume is very low compared to the overall party membership," he said. - Mkini
