Bagi saya masalah ini tidak akan selesai. Kita perlukan long term solution yang lebih berkesan.

Ampun Tuanku, dengan izin, we have made the huge mistake of allowing political parties to be registered as "religious" parties.  We should not have allowed this in the first place. 

Since Islam is under the purview of the Malay Rulers, the Malay Rulers should not allow any political party from using 'Islam' either in its name or as a political platform.

The methodology of all politics is to win votes. The mere act of any political party using the name 'Islam' immediately reduces Islam as a cheap vote getting tool.  This should have never been allowed to happen in the first place.

The DYMM Malay Rulers still have it under their purview and authority to do so - to bar any political party from using religion in its name and as a platform.

We are also really grateful to the DYMM Malay Rulers at the time of our Independence (and at the time of the framing of the Federal Constitution) who assumed responsibility over religion as being under their personal purview and jurisdiction.  We are grateful that the DYMM Malay Rulers did not surrender this purview to any Federal government or Federal authority.

However over the years and decades the politicians have been smacking their lips at the prospects of manipulating religion to their advantage to sustain themselves in power.  This has created a religious creep at the Federal administration level and the "religionisation" of politics at the national level.

The rakyat will owe a huge debt of gratitude to the DYMM Raja-Raja Melayu if religion is kept under the strict control and purview of the Malay Rulers.
