The Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA) today dismissed talk of a rise in toll rates and said all toll rates remained unchanged.
MHA director-general Ismail Md Salleh said the government had not made a decision on any rise in toll rates.
“There has been no directive to highway concessionaires on the matter (of toll rate increase),” he said in a statement.
As such, he said, any statement or report on a rise in toll rates was untrue.
