The time stamp on the video reads 4.30pm on Sept 16, 2015.
It is not clear where the incident took place, but the logos on the shirts worn by the men bear similarities to the ones worn by protestors at the Himpunan Rakyat Bersatu rally.
Dang Wangi district police chief Zainol Samah said no police reports have been lodged over the video.
Malaysiakini has contacted the person who uploaded the video on his Facebook page for further details.
On Wednesday, 45,000 people flocked to Kuala Lumpur to join the rally.
The rally was held to protest alleged insults to Malay pride during the Bersih 4 demonstration.
Two police officers and several protestors were injured during a standoff at Petaling Street that day.
Hotel Seri Pacific reportedly also sustained damages, after they barred protestors who started lounging at their lobby from using the toilet there.
A toilet bowl was reportedly broken while a protestor allegedly threatened to break a cubicle door when the lights were turned off.
Two protestors were arrested at the rally, and police say they tested positive for drugs.
The rally was also marred by racist remarks, uttered by both protesters and Malay politicians.
Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, however, said the rally proved that Malays could gather peacefully without provocation. -Mkini
