When contacted, Warisan secretary-general Loretto Padua Jr confirmed that Warisan has not formed any pact with other local opposition parties.
The other opposition pact is known as Gabungan Sabah, comprising Sabah State Reform Party (Star), Harapan Rakyat, Sabah Progressive Party (Sapp) and Parti Perpaduan Rakyat Sabah (PPRS).
The rest of the opposition parties include Parti Cinta Sabah (PCS) and Parti Kerjasama Rakyat Sabah (Pakar).
Presently, DAP, PKR, Warisan, Star, Harapan Rakyat and PCS have at least one representatives on the opposition bench in the Sabah legislative assembly.
Meanwhile, Shafie told a press conference that Warisan was willing to work with Pakatan Harapan at the national level to form the next federal government.
"We are a multi-racial party, we don't want to follow the Harapan's coalition style in Peninsular Malaysia.
"When they form the government in Putrajaya, we will have ministers in the federal cabinet from Warisan and the Warisan (Sabah state) government will also have ministers from Harapan," he said.
According to Star Online, some 5,000 Warisan members took part in the congress, which was themed "In God we trust, change we must". -Mkini
