Anwar celebrates 40th wedding anniversary with Wan Azizah
11am: Amidst all the political uncertainty and angst, PKR president Anwar Ibrahim celebrates his 40th wedding anniversary with his wife Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
In a sweet Twitter post to Wan Azizah, the former deputy prime minister, Anwar writes: “40 years of kindness. 40 years of courage. 40 years of loyalty. 40 years of strength."
In an earlier posting, the Port Dickson lawmaker shared images of the couple cutting a cake for the occasion.
