There was complete chaos in Parliament yesterday 19 September 2023. The Speaker was not able to handle the floor very well. The Opposition finally got up and walked out.

The Madani fellow is feeling the effects of that first big bungle he made in Singapore when he started "over-explaining" that DNAA on Singapore TV.
Because after that first bungle he has now made his second bungle in Parliament when he began to read from a prepared script to again explain the AG'S DECISION TO GRANT THE DNAA.
In his prepared script in Parliament he starts reading Case Precedents like a lawyer. The case of Wong or something versus dont know who, Karpal Singh versus dont know who.
Nobody understands what he was even trying to say. Not even his own people.
Madani already referred Article 145 (3) of the Federal Constitution about the AG's discretionary powers. Yet he still felt the urgency to explain the AG's actions.
The easiest thing to do (and the correct thing as well) is just say 'That was the AG's decision. I have no say in why the AG made that decision'.
Because if the AG is independent, if there is a clear cut separation of powers between the Executive and the AG then WHY did the Madani fellow start reading from a prepared script to DEFEND THE AG'S DECISION - and in Parliament of all places ??
The Legislative, the Executive and the Judiciary are all separate. Pasal apa si Executive nak pi jawab pasal tanggungjawab AG pula dalam Legislature? Apa sudah jadi separation of powers?
It looks like he realises his bungle and is trying to repair the mistake.
The leader of the Opposition YB Hamzah Zainuddin has a solid grip on his Opposition MPs. When he got up and walked out so did all the PN Opposition MPs immediately. We need discipline. This is what the leader of the gomen as well as the Speaker of Parliament do not seem to have. Just watch the video - it is chaotic, screaming and shouting mostly by the PH MPs.
Each time the speaker of the Opposition tries to speak the PH fellows start screaming and jumping. If you dont believe me watch YB Hulu Langat. His job is simply to interrupt and disrupt the proceedings. In the old days this task was given to Kinabatangan.
And dont forget to observe the DAP fellows. They just keep quiet and watch the fun. Very clever.
