This air attack took place a few days ago. The Ukraine airforce dropped cluster bombs on a crowded public beach in Sevatopol, Crimea. A few beach goers were killed and over 150 injured. This is a deliberate and terrible attack on civilians.
It is to be noted that all the beach goers in the video, including the hundreds of children, are all Crimeans. They have been born, bred and raised in Crimea for generations and centuries. And they are largely Russian speaking.
This beach is near Sevastopol in Crimea. Sevastopol is a 250 year old Russian naval base, home of the Russian Black Sea fleet for over 250 years. The Sevastopol Naval base was established during the reign of Empress Catherine The Great of Russia circa 1770s.
In 2008 there was some Convention on Cluster Munitions, which bans their use, production or sale by member states. I doubt the US and UK are signatories to the convention banning cluster bombs. Certainly using cluster bombs against an obviously civilian target like a public beach on a warm summer day has to be a war crime. But all the war crimes tribunals are usually pro-West. So forget about war crime tribunals.
