The fellow on the right (screenshot above) is Omar Bakri Muhammad.

• instrumental in developing Hizb ut-Tahrir in UK (HT)

• In 2015 his son Muhammad was killed in Syria while fighting for ISIS 
• 30 Dec 2015, his other son Bilal, killed while fighting for ISIS in Iraq
• 12 Nov 2010 Lebanon TV reported Bakri among 54 people sentenced to life 
• after being accused of acts of terrorism
• He was released from prison on 29 March 2023 (13 years in jail)

Below here is a long video interview with Bakri. I dont know when this video was recorded but I think it is recent. But you only have to listen to the first SIX minutes. Bakri lovingly mentions Malaysia as his dreamland. Among the things he said are as follows:

• fundamental duties upon us . . .to establish the Islamic state
• I came to Britain after being arrested in Saudi Arabia
• they deported me
• I was not able to return back to Lebanon
• I could not return to the Arab countries because of my political activities
• I choose to go to Britain just to pass by, 
• and from there to Malaysia or Pakistan
• I call it my dreamland - Pakistan or Malaysia
• if I go there I will contribute for that call, 
• and correct the error that has occured in the political system there (min 5:05)

For the past 68 years our grandfathers, fathers, we ourselves and now our children have worked hard to build our country and to make this land a success. And we have achieved many great things.  

We have been so successful that millions of Banglas, Indons, Indians, Nepalese, Iranians, Pakistanis, Arabs, Afghans have made their way here - mostly illegally - to find a peaceful country and try to earn money (legally or illegally). 

I only have one question: Where is this fellow now?
