The Perikatan Nasional sec-gen says there has been no indication that former Bersatu deputy president Hamzah Zainudin has joined any of PN's component parties.

“To date, there has been no indication that he has joined any PN component party,” he said.
“Anyone who wants to be part of PN must be a member in one of the four parties,” he was quoted by Berita Harian as saying. PN is a coaliltion of Bersatu, PAS, Gerakan and the Malaysian Indian People’s Party.
Takiyuddin, who is also the PAS secretary-general, said that Hamzah had also not applied to join PAS.
Earlier today, Hamzah said that his new party he could very well be among the three PN components after hinting at ditching his initial plan to take over Parti Keluarga Malaysia, which has yet to be registered with the Registrar of Societies.
When asked if there was a possibility of him joining PAS, Hamzah merely said there was nothing wrong with enlisting with the Islamic party.
Hamzah, who is opposition leader in the Dewan Rakyat and Larut MP, was deputy president of Bersatu until he was expelled in February at the height of a bitter leadership tussle with party president Muhyiddin Yassin. Last month, Hamzah confirmed he was in discussions to join and lead Parti Keluarga Malaysia. - FMT
