PETALING JAYA: A family of four were found to have fainted in their car which hit the entrance of the Bentong toll plaza in Pahang this afternoon.
Federal traffic police said all four family members were taken to Bentong Hospital for further treatment.
The cause of the incident is being investigated.
The traffic police advised all drivers to ensure that their vehicles are in good condition and to take a good rest before travelling in view of the unpredictable hot and rainy weather.
Bulletin TV3 reported Bentong police chief Zaiham Kahar as saying that the car hit the entrance of the toll plaza the moment the driver fainted.
The family was on their way to Balakong, Selangor from Tok Bali, Kelantan.
He said a doctor’s examination found that the victims had low levels of blood oxygen. - FMT
