Former inspector-general of police Musa Hassan tied the knot for the third time.
According to Berita Harian, his new partner was known as Qistina Lim. The wedding took place at a hotel in Shah Alam last night.
In March, Elly Afizahwati Abdul Jalil filed for divorce from Musa. They married in 2013 and had one child together.
Musa's first wife, Juriah Ahmad passed away in 2019. They had four children together.
Musa gained national prominence in 1998 due to his role as the investigation officer on the sodomy allegations against then-deputy prime minister Anwar Ibrahim.
Prosecutors initially secured a conviction but Anwar was eventually acquitted by the Federal Court.
A decade later, he was the IGP when the police again investigated Anwar over another sodomy allegation. Anwar was convicted but received a pardon in 2018.
Musa retired from the force in 2010 and enjoyed a relatively quiet life.
However, earlier this year, a video clip surfaced online depicting Musa in a squabble with a woman, that was later established to be Elly Afizahwati.
Their divorce case is still pending. - Mkini
