ANY god-fearing person can attest to this interesting truth that the forbidden things are so pleasurable and tempting. Could this be the act of the devil, whispering into our ears to weaken our spiritual resolve?
Or perhaps humans are naturally fallible and it would be more convenient to blame anyone or anything besides ourselves. An invisible creature called the devil should be a convenient stand in for the blame.
So who do we blame when we find an old uncle watching pornography in of all places, a mosque? In a video post on X by netizen @update11111, an imam could be seen secretly recording an uncle from the side window.

Apparently he was watching pornography in a computer room. However, the quality of the video wasn’t very good, hence, viewers cannot really tell.
But it was true, then the uncle would have done a serious disrespect to the house of worship. Thankfully his face had been blurred in the video to protect his identity.
On a serious note, who does he blame for his forbidden act? The devil? But this is a mosque so the devil should not be able to trespass.
According to the video post, the incident happened in Al Ihsan Bukit Baru Mosque. Captions in the video further pointed to the uncle as a secretary of the mosque committee.
On our part, we think a lifetime of watching ladies in hijab and loose clothing must have tempted the poor uncle to peek into the forbidden.
