Ahmad Amzad Hashim was taken to the clinic at Parliament before being referred to the National Heart Institute for further checks.

His office said that Amzad had attended the Prime Minister’s Question Time this morning and was scheduled to take part in the debate on the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia’s (Suhakam) 2024 annual report.
“While at Parliament, YB Datuk experienced dizziness and nearly fainted. He was subsequently taken to the clinic at Parliament for an initial medical examination and treatment,” it said in a statement today.
“Following further assessment by medical officers, YB Datuk was referred to the IJN for further examination.”
