Its chief, Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil, reiterated the wing's stand on the issue and urged Najib, as well as the rest of the cabinet, to keep the act.
She said they were adamant about not abolishing the act on grounds that it was about peace and security in the country.
"I hope the party president, who is also the prime minister, will be thorough on this before deciding to repeal the act."
