Sack if Muhyiddin 'does it again', says Tengku Adnan

Umno secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor did not discount the possibility of suspended Umno deputy president Muhyiddin Yassin being sacked from his post.

“If he does it again, just wait then,” he said simply, when asked whether there were plans to sack Muhyiddin.

Tengku Adnan earlier told reporters that should Muhyiddin continue with his ways that “undermine and destroy” the party, he is confident that the party's disciplinary committee will ultimately sack him.

“It’s up to the disciplinary committee if he continues to do things that will destroy the party,” he said.
