Imagine what would happen if the two leaders make a joint statement to team up to fight corruption and put the country back on track. All Umno and BN men and women can start packing.
Mushiro: Umno secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor said Umno won't be affected, as it has the support of the rakyat and Umno is not worried.
If this is translated to mean the opposite as is usually the language of Umno leaders, then it just means that "Umno will be affected as it does not have the rakyat’s support and Umno is worried".
Bazooka: Adnan, do you know that BN got only 47% of the popular votes in the last GE13 (Umno’s share was 29%)?
Stop dreaming that you have the rakyat's support. In the next general election, Umno's vote bank will further erode, no thanks to the 1MDB fiasco, which was created by none other than MO1 (Malaysian Official 1).

The entire nation is on the brink of collapse with the poor suffering as a result of the gov't's policy and greed led by Najib. You were driven to say those things out of fear upon seeing the two former "arch-rivals" getting together?
Clearly, the historic move by Mahathir and Anwar will mean a death knell for Umno/BN come GE14.
Monty: Adnan is dreaming like the rest of PM Najib Razak's cabinet. But at the same time, they are all busy making sure they have enough of funds to 'cabut' from the country if sentiments go against Umno.
The end is near for these Umno ministers who are loyal to Najib but show no concern for the rakyat.
Former PM Dr Mahathir Mohamad and former DPM Anwar Ibrahim will relive their partnership and Najib will soon be history.

Odin Tajué: I don't watch Hindustani films or TV dramas, but it seems they are well received even in Malaysia. They are entertaining; they make many people forget their worries and be happy for a while.
Their actors and actresses make tons of money - and do so in a legal, acceptable way. Which the likes of you cannot claim.
