PARLIAMENT | If there is proof of ministers or public officials using government machinery for election campaigns, disciplinary action will be taken against them, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim (Harapan-Tambun) said.
However, he drew a distinction between government machinery being used before and after the nomination day of elections.
“I agree that as soon as nomination day occurs, (government machinery) cannot be used.
“If we receive proof (of it happening), we will certainly take the appropriate actions and I am not wavering in this,” he told the Dewan Rakyat.
