The coalition chairman says the two parties are not contesting the same seats.

He said there would be no confusion as the two parties would not contest the same seats in the July 11 polls, Kosmo reported.
“There’s no clash. What is important is that we move as a team,” he was quoted as saying.
Both PAS and Bersatu unveiled their candidates last night, albeit separately.
PAS is contesting 11 seats, while Bersatu is fielding 16 candidates.
Questions arose over the use of the PN logo in the Johor polls after Bersatu’s status in the coalition was thrown into limbo following PAS’s decision to sever ties with the party recently.
Last Wednesday, Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin said his party was prepared to go all out against PAS.
Muhyiddin was also reported to have said that Bersatu would contest under the PN banner in the upcoming Johor and Negeri Sembilan polls as his party helped found the coalition. - FMT
