MB wife vs ex-MB wife: Return the money

VOXPOP 'It's time to re-open the Balkis accounts and we'll see how many ‘cows' are dipping their filthy hands into the funds.'

MB's wife wins case, Balkis to be reinstated

Fair Play: The fact that the ROS (Registrar of Societies) has been ordered by the court to reinstate Balkis is a step in the right direction.

Once reinstated, it entirely up to Selangor MB Abdul Khalid Ibrahim's wife, Salbiah Tunut, to reveal the 'excesses' and the actions to be taken to recover the 'losses'.

Of course, the course of events would depend largely on the outcome of GE13 and who the next MB will be.

Anonymous_3fc4: It looks like former Selangor MB Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo's wife Zaharah Kechik's plan to destroy evidence of her wrongdoings when she was Balkis president has badly misfired and has boomeranged back to nail her to the wall.

Those responsible have to go to jail. If former French president Jacques Chirac can go to jail, why not our prime ministers if they are found to be corrupt?

Anonymous: No more sweeping cows under the carpet. It's time to re-open the accounts and we'll see how many ‘cows' are dipping their filthy hands into the funds.

But anybody wants to bet that ROS is going to appeal this decision and will eventually win the case?

The Supreme Court will overturn this High Court decision. This is Bolehland and everybody knows who controls the courts.

Alan Goh: Tuan hakim, what about the over RM10 million in Balkis funds siphoned out? Please get them to reinstate the fund to Balkis as it does not belong to their grandfather.

Anonymous_4031: Yes, return the money that was siphoned off in haste from Balkis, Selangor; and return it to the rightful owner.

The amount returned should tally with the figure when it disappeared from its account. Will those people who made the money ‘disappear' be charged?

Armageddon: It took almost three years for the court to reverse the verdict. Justice delayed is justice denied. - Malaysiakini
