NFC cowgate scandal - before, now and in the future

The most IMPORTANT point that everyone of us are overlooking is "If NFC is doing very well, mean to say, they are rearing enough cows as projected and able to supplement the local meat requirements and as projected will be able to fulfill the intended reason for giving the RM250 Million soft loan to meet local meat supply".

From the onset, NFC was mismanaged due to not having technical know-how while the rearing of cattle was way beyond lower levels from projection. Photos of 'no cows' seen speak for itself.

The arrogant and uncooperative NFC officials in dealing with this matter by not disclosing full evidence and details of their operation, started creating suspicions. It was always a denial syndrome. If from the start, NFC officials have come out to say that they had made some good investments with the idle money in their account would have saved the issue from being made a sensation and a scandal. Remember, the officials, family members, were remunerated with unbelievable salaries.

Investing on good ventures - condos and land with the idle monies is good if the main concentration was on rearing the projected cattle and able to supply the projected meat supply. It is understandable that at sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances, with the projected cattle, one is unable to meet the projected local supply. But this is not the case.

Shahrizat's problem in this matter, she could claim she is not involved (we can agree), but looking at the events leading to, since being UMNO Wanita chief and then after losing her parliamentary seat in GE12, this project, although originally was mooted by an Australian cattle rearing company with vast knowledge and experience was given to her by our "sleeping" PM then, in order to get her patronage. Another point is that every official is her family member and maybe initially she too could have been directly involved before been appointed Minister by PM Najib.

It could be fully agreed that everyone involved in the award of the project must take the responsibility and blame and not just Shahrizat and her family. From information, monies were even released before a formal agreement was signed.

Rather than making this project a family success, official were reportedly enjoying the monies to speak. Overseas holidays, expensive cars and so forth were done and made.

Shahrizat should come clean and tell the truth on how she managed to secure this project, those involved and what actual happened.

Shahrizat should also immediately resign from her ministerial position and take full responsibility if she does not want to reveal the other culprits involved in this messy 'cowgate' scandal.

It is for sure, more revelation will be exposed, since it is done by insiders who have full information about the NFC operations if Shahrizat does not resign.
