MCA has loaned seats to UMNO (federal seats of Kuantan and Wangsa Maju, and state seats of Jelapang, Tronoh) and PPP (Kota Laksamana).
Not to be outdone, Gerakan has joined the new Association ofBoe Laan Hoo .. Ah Longs and is now also loaning seats to PPP (Kepong parliamentary seat and Kota Alam Shah state seat - for more, see Malaysiakini's Gerakan 'loans' three seats to others.
Cheekily it has also loaned Skudai (state seat) to MCA, who I bet must be now looking desperately around to offload the unwanted gift, wakakaka.
Just imagine that prior to 2008 Gerakan and PPP were tearing at each other's throat over Taiping.
Both Gerakan and MCA are Chinese-based parties and let's not split meaningless hair over the former being a multiracial party when there's not a single non-Chinese MP or ADUN from Gerakan.
Obviously they have read the writing on the wall, that they can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but they cannot fool all the people all the time(quotation from Abraham Lincoln).

Other than their members, towkay supporters and cronies, the Chinese Malaysians have had enough.
But PPP should be cautious when dealing with unusually generous Ah Longs, especially Chinese Ah Longs, wakakaka.
