Tomorrow, 16 June 2015, Eric Paulsen, human rights lawyer, Executive Director and co-founder of Lawyers for Liberty will be investigated by police in relation to tweets criticizing Prime Minister Najib that were made last week.
Eric Paulsen will be investigated under section 504 and 505 of the Penal Code, intentional insult with intent to provoke a breach of peace and statements conducing to public mischief. This will be the third time Eric has been hauled up by police for a tweet.
