UTM Kata Hindu Dan Sikh Kotor, (Kecuali Artis Bollywood Dan Bhangra)

Here is something not shocking at all. UTM as you know  does not sit anywhere near the top of world university rankings.  UTM has never made it to the top.  

Here is part of the reason why. Their teaching staff are none too clever. When the teaching staff aint too clever, what do you expect of the students? Dumb in, dumb out.
