Grab has announced the pilot test of GrabClub, a monthly subscription service that aims to provide users with more savings on services like food delivery and rides.
Users who purchase the Grab-It-All-Pass for RM50 a month will receive RM110 worth of vouchers, in the form of RM60 worth of ride rewards (capped at RM4 per ride for 15 rides) and free delivery for 10 GrabFood orders (with a minimum RM20 order value). At the moment, ride and delivery offers under the Grab-It-All-Pass are limited to the Klang Valley.
The pass is available to the first 35,000 sign-ups and it can only be paid for using GrabPay credits, an e-wallet feature in the Grab app. To get the pass, open your Grab app, click on the green profile photo on the left and look for GrabClub.
GrabClub rewards are currently available within Klang Valley.
After you have subscribed to the plan, your savings vouchers will appear under the My Rewards tab in GrabRewards. Vouchers that are not utilised within the monthly cycle will be forfeited.
Grab advises users who wish to cancel the plan to do so before the start of the next cycle as the cancellation will only take effect from the next subscription cycle date. Grab says it reserves the right to make changes to the subscription plan but promises to notify users in advance so that users will have a chance to cancel if they so wish before the changes take effect in the next cycle.
Users can cancel at any time on the Grab app – go to the Subscriptions section, enter the My Membership page, select the subscription to be cancelled, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel button.
