Bukit Aman has yet to respond to The Star’s request for comments.


My comments :   

Policemen act on orders. 
Without orders no Policeman would do anything criminal, stupid and dangerous like abducting people.  

If Amri Che Mat and Pastor Koh (and Joshua Helmy and his wife Ruth) are no more alive, it will be murder.  
No Policeman would murder FOUR people, or TWO people or even ONE person WITHOUT getting orders from someone higher up.

This is why that Altantuya murder has to be reopened.
There was absolutely NO MOTIVE for the two Policemen to have killed Altantuya unless they were ordered by someone higher up.

And since that was a murder, the order had to come from someone really higher up.

So also in this case with the abduction of Amri Che Mat and Pastor Koh.
Suhakam says Bukit Aman Police is behind the abduction.
If both of them have been killed, then Bukit Aman is also culpable for murder.


Who gave Bukit Aman the order to abduct Amri and Pastor Koh?

If they have been killed who gave Bukit Aman the order to kill them?



How high up did that order come from? 

REMEMBER POLICEMEN DO NOT ABDUCT AND KILL PEOPLE ON THEIR OWN.
ABDUCTING PEOPLE AND KILLING THEM ARE NOT PART OF POLICE SOP.

So who gave the order to abduct Amri Che Mat and Pastor Koh?
And possibly murder them as well?

This is a very simple but extremely important question.

The head honcho of the Police is of course the IGP.
The IGP at that time was Khalid Abu Bakar.

NOW THE IGP IN TURN REPORTS TO THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS.

Amri Che Mat disappeared on Nov 24 2016.

Pastor Koh disappeared on Feb 13 2017.

The Minister of Home Affairs at that time was Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
Zahid was Minister of Home Affairs from 16 May 2013 until 10 May 2018.
(His deputy was Nur Jazlan.)

If Suhakam's findings are true that  Bukit Aman abducted   Amri and Pastor Koh then it goes without saying that both IGP Khalid Abu Bakar AND Zahid Hamidi the Minister of Home Affairs MUST HAVE KNOWN about these abductions.


THIS IS A LOGICAL DEDUCTION BECAUSE HOW CAN BUKIT AMAN CARRY OUT ABDUCTIONS WITHOUT THE IGP KHALID ABU BAKAR AND THE MINISTER ZAHID HAMIDI KNOWING ABOUT IT?

TAKKAN BUKIT AMAN POLICE CAN SIMPLY DECIDE ON THEIR OWN TO ABDUCT PEOPLE. AND POSSIBLY KILL THEM ALSO. 

I SAY MALAYSIAN MEDIA PLEASE GO AND ASK ZAHID HAMIDI AND KHALID ABU BAKAR FOR THEIR COMMENTS. DO IT NOW. DONT WASTE TIME.

“Maybe her husband gone off somewhere. Maybe gone to Iran” he said
“Maybe gone to practise mut’ah in Thailand. How should I know?” he said 

Amri missing since Nov 24, 2016.

Amri’s wife Norhayati told inquiry Asri part of 20 from police, Perlis Mufti Dept
arrived at their home to question Amri and Perlis Hope

She said policeman had screamed at her daughter 

Asri admitted he was part of the team 
but said visit took place in 2016

‘Shia is a threat, my duty to investigate’

Asri said house was decorated with pictures of Shia imams.

“The surroundings were similar to a Shia mosque in Iran,” he added.

Asri vocal opponent of Shia Islam

Asri said it was his duty to investigate 
following “many complaints from the public” 
That’s why I went to his house

“  . .this has crossed the limit. You make people around you confused” said Asri.

Asri also spoke about spread of Shia in Perlis and Thailand

They have their centres in Perlis and Satun. 
This is not a small issue. 
I repeat, it could threaten national security,” he added.

According to Asri, possibility Perlis Hope working towards establishing theocracy

“I am against any  . .religious extremism, a mullah state,” said Asri

What follows is based on information provided in public to the Suhakam Inquiry on Wednesday and Thursday this week, by witnesses and by the police when they questioned Amri's wife Norhayati, one of her daughters, and Aizat, who is a family friend and member of Perlis Hope, the charity founded by Amri.


Sergeant Mohd. Shamzaini bin Mohd. Daud came unannounced to Norhayati’s home at about 10.30 pm on the 12th of May 2018. He left about two and a half hours later. At Norhayati’s request, he showed her his identity card and police authority card; this is how Norhayati can identify him.


Because only Norhayati and her daughters were at home, the hour was late and, sadly, because the informant was a member of the police force, she did not allow him into the house. The conversation took place in the unlit first floor balcony illumined only by a street light.


The Sergeant said he had decided to come clean about what actually happened because (1) there is a new government, (2) many of the names of police officers who are involved have already been made public through the Suhakam inquiry and (3) he did not wish to collude with evil.


The Sergeant put some effort into ensuring that his visit and his passing of information to Norhayati would be “secret.” He came in the darkness. He ensured his motorcycle could not be seen from the road. He sheltered behind a column such that any passing police patrol on the road would not spot him.


His strategy for secrecy included the use of two cheap disposable phones and prepaid phone cards for transmitting additional information to Norhayati in the following days. He planned to lob one phone wrapped in plastic into her compound, then send information to that phone using another new phone dedicated for this use. (He did not execute this plan.)


Assistant Commissioner of Police, R. Munusamy, is the principal police representative (“rep”) at the Suhakam inquiry. When he questioned Norhayati, he suggested to her that the information provided by the Sergeant was all available in the public domain. Nothing could be further from the truth, as Norhayati, her daughter and Aizat made plain in their responses to his questions.


After the Sergeant left that night, Norhayati immediately contacted Amri’s close associates Aizat and Anuar via WhatsApp messaging. They chatted briefly with their fingers. As soon as they the realized the magnitude of the revelations, they decided to meet face-to-face immediately in her house. They arrived between 1.10 and 1.30 am and left at about 3.30 am.


While her friends were en route, she hand-wrote three pages of what the Sergeant had told her.


Screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation and copies of the three pages from her note book were entered into evidence and marked as exhibits by the inquiry panel.


These are the principal revelations by the Sergeant who sought no payment or reward:

Amri had been under police surveillance before he was abducted.

The Perlis police had planned to arrest Amri in an operation to be led by ASP Razman Ramli. However they were pre-empted by “Bukit Aman.” The action against Amri was due to police belief that he was involved in Syiah activities and in foreign exchange trading activities.

Inspector Khor Yi Shuen, Investigation Officer in the Amri case, gave false testimony to the Suhakam inquiry about the involvement of a gold coloured Toyota Vios car which witnesses connected with the abduction of Amri and is seen the video of the abduction of Koh.

“Bukit Aman” botched the abduction of Amri because they did not report beforehand what they planned to do, because they didn’t affix false number plates on the Vios car and because they abandoned Amri’s car at a spot where they were spotted by security guards.

Perlis police were initially unaware that the abduction was a police operation.

Senior police officers in Perlis are now aware of the role of “Bukit Aman” in the abduction.

The “same (police) team” abducted Amri and Raymond.


The operation was led by Senior Special Branch Officer DCP Awaluddin Jalid.


Note: this is the DCP who met Perlis Mufti Dr. Asri about 7 weeks prior to Amri’s abduction in November 2016. 

He is also the DCP who was reported, in November 2015, to have publicly encouraged Muslim NGOs to consider how to resist “the threat of Christianisation.”

Ex-IGP Khalid Abu Bakar knows more about the abductions than he has admitted during the Suhakam inquiry.

The above revelations were included in a police report Norhayati made on 15 May 2018 in Shah Alam, after she travelled up to meet with her Selangor-based lawyers.

Conclusion :  

Amri Che Mat was a resident of Perlis.
In Malaysia religion is a State matter.

That is why Asri the Mufti of Perlis got involved. 
That is why Asri called Amri Che Mat to his office in 2015.

But that was not the end of it. 
This was a continuing problem for the Mufti.

The problem continued into 2016.
That was why Asri the Mufti and 20 others (Police, Mufti Dept etc) went to Amri's house in 2016.

Amri Che Mat disappeared on Nov 24 2016.

If what Suhakam says about Bukit Aman Police is true, then who gave the orders to abduct Amri Che Mat?

Who gave Bukit Aman the orders to abduct Pastor Koh?
