Peribahasa Melayu bagi “talam dua muka” membawa maksud seseorang yang bermuka-muka, bermuka dua atau munafik. Mengapa golongan talam dua muka ini berbahaya? Hal ini demikian kerana, seseorang yang talam dua muka pandai untuk bermuka-muka dan mudah untuk mendapat kepercayaan dan diberikan amanah.
