Air quality in the Larkin Lama area, Johor was at an unhealthy level with the air pollutant index (API) reading at 116 as at 6pm today compared with 100 this morning.
Another 26 areas posted moderate API readings including Port Dickson (82); Bukit Rambai (80); Malacca City (78); Port Klang (77); Nilai (76); Seremban (72); Putrajaya (67); Muar (67) and Kota Tinggi (65).
An API reading of 0 to 50 indicates good air quality; 51 to 100, moderate; 101 to 200, unhealthy; 201 to 300, very unhealthy and 300 and above, hazardous.
