- MAS flight to Seoul forced to turn back shortly after take off
- MH66 departed KLIA 12am (Sept 2) and returned to 1.30am.
- This comes after several incidents involving MAS flights.
- Aug 22, MAS flight heading to Madinah returned to KLIA
- marking third such incident in the month.
- MH152 departed KLIA at 2.23pm, turned back from Nicobar Islands
- day earlier, Shanghai-bound MH386 turn back due to cabin pressure
- Aug 20, MH128 Melbourne - KL emergency stop at Alice Springs
My Comments :
If there is a problem in the supply chain that is no excuse for these "incidents".
If there is a problem with insufficient maintenance staff, again that is no excuse either.
Better to cancel the flight than wait for the next "incident".
There needs to be an immediate systems audit.
What is not being done right today?
Compared to what was done right before?
The next question is WHY.
Then fix it.
