SEREMBAN: A convoy of vehicles believed to be carrying Barisan Nasional chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi was seen leaving the Istana Hinggap here tonight.
The convoy departed the premises around 10.25pm amid heightened political attention following the conclusion of the Negri Sembilan state election, with police maintaining security in the surrounding area.
It is not immediately known whether Zahid had attended any meeting at the Istana Hinggap or where the convoy was headed. - NST
