This video from NAMEWEE shows the frustrations of ordinary Malaysian citizen when raising electricity and other utilities problems in Malaysia. The authorities, just because its government control (although corporatised) have still fail to reach CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Sabahans and Sarawakians on the other hand face much more disruption and power failures from their respective electricity bodies and until today nothing concrete has been undertaken to ensure a smooth flood of power is given to their customers.

The CEO and top Management earn handsome salaries and allowances at the expense of the public should WALK THE TALK - become more dedicated to their work by satisfying customer needs and complaints effectively.

Watch this video and you will understand WHY? The complainant took the problem to go to TNB and found their staff no bothered but 'enjoying' themselves in their office which has power.
