Arrogance in the manner he thinks that he is the "have's" and the others are the "have nots". Arrogance in the vanity and pride that he carries himself when what is expected of him should have been humility. In short "“He has lulled himself into a false sense of competence.” A sad and oft repeated truism of all things under Barisan Nasional!

Electoral fraud is illegal interference with the process of an election. Acts of fraud affect vote counts to bring about an election result, whether by increasing the vote share of the favored candidate, depressing the vote share of the rival candidates or both...... the mechanisms involved include illegal voter registration, intimidation at polls and improper vote counting.


And he should know after all he is the Election Commission Head Honcho!...thats another word for "Barisan Nasional's running dog!"
