The Home Minister said the eight officers had committed serious crimes such as terrorist activities, firearms smuggling, drugs and espionage as well as human trafficking. The Home Minister said the eight were freed because they have shown remorse, repented for their mistakes and have given full cooperation to the authorities to stamp out human trafficking.
Responding to this statement, Alias questioned why the eight should be charged again after being detained under ISA. “What more do they want? They have already been detained and arrested under ISA, they have already undergone the legal process. Why should they be arrested again?”
Earlier this month, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said the eight will be released in stages with the first three being released on Aug 2.
Hishammuddin said the detained officers had shown “remorse and have repented on their mistakes, giving full cooperation to the authorities to stamp out human trafficking in Malaysia.”

And isn't espionage is treason against your motherland?
Isn't firearms smuggling a real danger to our security forces.?

So the MOHA fellos are really playing arresting officers, jury, lawyers and judge in this case hub?
Why are they not charged and given a fair trial because it is generally accepted that the ISA don't allow one a fair trial because you are rendered some vegetable incapable of action rational because you surrender your rights to justice by what they say the 'pleasure and directive of a higher ruler?'
