IS NAJIB A 'ILLEGAL" PRIME MINISTER??????
It seems that PM Najib Tun Razak has been facing various crisis of late.
Yesterday, at Penang BN Chinese New Year event, when he asked the crowd whether they will support BN, the majority crowd shouted "NO". Najib was only 'appointed' Prime Minister after Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi had resigned and Najib does not have the 'real' mandate of the rakyat.
It was further reported since the Sabah RCI revelation that illegals were given instant citizenship and MyKad in order to vote for the Barisan Nasional. Although the RCI proceeding is still on-going, this matter if found to be true could invalidate the Barisan Nasional federal government since the 1980's. As said earlier, it is at this moment still premature, since the RCI is still on-going and have not decided on the issues. (Points to note : UMNO 1946 and UMNO Baru).
But today, it was further revealed that PM Najib's OATH-TAKING ceremony is invalid. Read this post for greater information. The article claims that Najib had changed certain words while taking his oath of office as Malaysia's 6th Prime Minister and his 'lawful" name was not used or said while taking the oath of office. We would need to await the Attorney-General Chambers and Solicitor-General's Office to give their legal views. But in accordance to the Federal Constitution, it has been claimed to be 'not in order'.
ARE WE HAVING A "ILLEGAL" PRIME MINISTER AND A "ILLEGAL" GOVERNMENT? This is a serious matter and the rakyat must be told immediately.
