It has been alleged that SWP and its campaign workers are now claiming to be Pakatan-friendly in all the six seats which the party has fielded its candidates in.
The alleged modus operandi used by SWP campaigners is to inform voters in the constituencies of Sri Aman, Lubok Antu, Julau, Kanowit, Hulu Rajang and Selangau that SWP candidates are Pakatan-friendly and should they win these parliamentary seats, they would promise to give the DUN state seats within these parliamentary constituencies to the current parliamentary candidates fielded by PKR.
It is further alleged that SWP Advisor Datuk Sng Chee Hua and SWP President Larry Sng are using their formidable machinery to criss-cross the constituencies of Selangau and Lubok Antu respectively to spread this campaign message of being Pakatan Rakyat-friendly to the rural folk who have little or no access to either newspapers or the internet to know that SWP has consistently made their public stand as being BN-friendly in the newspapers.
I therefore seek clarification from both SWP Advisor Datuk Sng Chee Hua and SWP President Larry Sng as to these allegations.
Further, I demand that both SWP Advisor Datuk Sng Chee Hua and SWP President Larry Sng make their stand clear once and for all – is SWP as a party and are they as individuals and office-bearers of the party Barisan Nasional-friendly or Pakatan Rakyat-friendly?
The alleged double-talk, if it is true, only goes to show that both SWP Advisor Datuk Sng Chee Hua and SWP President Larry Sng are themselves confused. If they are not confused, then are they purposely manipulating the people with confusion?
SWP Advisor Datuk Sng Chee Hua and SWP President Larry Sng must declare their stand as well as their party’s stand immediately and publicly and deny these allegations.
