Activist Adam Adli Abdul Halim and #KitaLawan secretariat member Mandeep Singh were arrested today after holding a silent protest in front of the Sogo shopping complex.
The two were detained by 10 policemen after the protest ended and brought into a van.
The arrest comes less than 12 hours after DAP Socialist Youth Chief Teo Kok Seong was detained at the same police station, after a crackdown on organisers of last Saturday's rally calling for the release of opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
When contacted, PKR Teja assemblyman Chang Lih Kang told The Malaysian Insider that the duo were arrested immediately after taking part in a "small, peaceful" #KitaLawan demonstration.
He said they were now being held at the Jinjang police station, adding that he suspected they would be detained overnight.
"Judging by the way they were brought straight to Jinjang instead of Dang Wangi police headquarters, I believe they will be held overnight," said Chang.
"I don't know why the police even had to arrest them -- the #KitaLawan rally today was very small and peaceful. It was more of a sit-down protest, with everyone sitting down, holding placards. A few speeches were given and songs were played, then we dispersed."
Chang said they would gather outside the police station tonight, adding that Teo would also be held there for the night.
Teo is the sixth Pakatan leader to be detained by police over the rally.
The protest last Saturday was aimed at pressing Putrajaya to release opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim from jail following the Federal Court verdict upholding his sodomy conviction on February 10.
Police had allowed Saturday's rally to proceed smoothly, but began rounding up its organisers the next day.
The rally in the heart of capital Kuala Lumpur reportedly drew 5,000 to 10,000 people, according to various estimates.
