Today would have been Malaysia's Father of Development Tun Abdul Razak Hussein's 93rd birthday anniversary, if he were alive.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said although his father was no longer around, he (Tun Razak) was always in his memory.
"Today marks my late father's 93rd birthday anniversary. He is always in my memory. Al-Fatihah," Najib tweeted today.
Tun Abdul Razak, who succeeded Tunku Abdul Rahman as the second Prime Minister of Malaysia, was born in Pulau Keladi, Pekan, Pahang on March 11, 1922.
He died on January 14, 1976. – Bernama
