Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak left for Kuala Lumpur Monday after completing a three-day official visit to Saudi Arabia.
Najib and his wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, left on a special flight from the Royal Pavilion, King Abdulaziz International Airport at 8am (1pm MYT).
They were seen off at the airport by Saudi Arabian Minister of State Essam al-Saeed, Minister of Municipals and Rural Areas Abdullatif al-Shaikh and mayor of Jeddah Hanu Aburas, as well as senior officials of Wisma Putra.
Najib was on an official visit at the invitation of King Salman Abdulaziz al-Saud, the first official meeting of the two leaders after King Salman ascended the throne earlier this year.
Najib also performed the “umrah” (minor haj) with Rosmah.
Najib had an audience with King Salman at As-Salam Palace and inspected the Metro Line railway service which connects Arafah, Muzdalifah and Mina, managed by Prasarana Malaysia Bhd.
He also launched the second D'Saji restaurant of the Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) in Saudi Arabia at Tahlia Street, Sunday.
