WHO IS CHEGUBARD! Dr M accepts Nothing2Hide II challenge

WHO IS CHEGUBARD! Dr M accepts Nothing2Hide II challenge
KUALA LUMPUR - Former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad has no issues appearing at another Nothing2Hide Forum to answer any question related to his 22 years in public office but on two conditions.
Firstly, Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak must appear as well on the same stage as him. He has questions to ask Najib just as he’s open to being asked any question on his administration by Najib or others from the floor.
Secondly, the Forum must be telecast live so that the entire nation can watch it and decide for themselves.
The former Prime Minister made his statement at the Perdana Leadership Foundation on Wednesday evening during a gathering on the social media, according to blogger Din Turtle.
Mahathir’s acceptance of the challenge and counter challenge follows a suggestion by a participant at the social media meet. The participant was taking his cue from reports that Chegubard, a suspended PKR member, was working on organizing the second Nothing2Hide Forum, the first on June 5 having fizzed out after Najib failed to make an appearance.
Din Turtle relates Mahathir’s response on the second Nothing2Hide Forum:
Firstly . . . who is this Chegubard?
I ask Najib to appear on stage with me before the TV cameras . . .
Najib can ask me regarding what I did before, apparently that I lost money, everything . . . whacked money . . . he can ask and I can ask him! Sama sama lah (we are the same).
This is not about me, this is about Najib, (…) it seems this is about Najib evading, (…) . . . so, ask me. I want to answer.
But you (Najib) also answer. We sit toghether on the stage . . . all TV stations before us broadcasting to the whole nation . . .
In response to a question on Chegubard, Mahathir responded: “Tell him that I don’t answer questions from stray cats.”
Nah…. cabaran terbuka buat Najib! (There . . . an open challenge to Najib), said Din Turtle. “Instead of paying others to slander the former Prime Minister, it’s better for both of them to appear on stage before the people.”
Najib, stressed the blogger, can ask Mahathir whatever he wants, and at the same time be prepared to answer the former Prime Minister on questions that he had evaded so far.
“Is he (Najib) brave enough?” - M'kini
