Syed, Yes the first court proceedings for both the 1st two accused commences in June, the case management are the first dates. Both are in June.

 

Then we shall see the trial dates announced. 

 

They will deal with the small fry first, then they will proceed with Yeo Jiawei on some of the charges, not all. 

 

To give them plenty of dry powder later :) 

 

Having Yeo Jia Wei in custody now gives the Singapore AGC team a lot more time to focus on the players in the bank and the principals for ex. Eric Tan, Seet and 1 or 2 others.

 

And their bosses Jho Low and N___b. 

 

We should expect some noise or action from DoJ and FBI soon re Tim Leissner (Goldman Sachs) being charged and Goldman Sachs fined etc, and R_za's indictment. 

 

The Goldman Sachs officer in KL what's his name, he is now at D__tsche Bank, the KL CEO, must be charged later when this AG and I_P twits are gone.

 

The new sheriff will bust him, I forgot his name, he has made a fortune and a forensic audit of his salary and bonuses versus what he received / has will be revealing :) 

 

My comments : When Singapore begins to try these criminals in open Court what will our AG's Chamber do?  Can you flush your faces in your toilets?

 

Regarding this 1MDB and its related matters, our AG has said there is no case to investigate or prosecute.  

 

Our neighbor down south will be proceeding with the first trial (first of many) beginning this June 2016.

 

Malaysia is the ground zero for this 1M!DB scandal and all its other related scandals.  Yet there is not even a Police investigation that has been completed and presented for prosecution.

 

Bank Negara and the MACC have made clear reccomendations that the AG should commence court proceedings. Both have been turned down.

 

Bank Negara has made it clear that Good Star, the recipient of billions of stolen Ringgit, is owned by Jho Low. Yet no prosecutions in Malaysia.

 

Obviously the crooks have been able to put the lid on everyone.

 

This is the Bulan Puasa.  The PMO guys will be melanc_p-ing all day and all night. It makes no difference to them.

 

But I wonder how the people from the AG's Chambers, the Bukit Aman, the KSN, the KSU of the Treasury etc will carry themselves at all the sembahyang terawih and all the Buka Puasa, sembahyang maghrib functions etc.
