Kit Siang’s RM100 Million Bounty On Dzulkili’s Head

The plan is to get rid of Dzulkifli and get him replaced with someone else who is more pliable and can be bought. RM100 million is a lot of money and many would be prepared to doctor some documents such as the charge sheets and investigation reports to help get Guan Eng discharged. All it needs is a technicality and people have been acquitted of murder on mere, and sometimes minor, technicalities. But they will need the MACC to do this and since Dzulkifli will not play ball then he has to go and someone else must take over if Guan Eng is going to be spared a jail sentence and to restore the MACC to what it was in the old days: a Pakatan tool.

DAP: THE INSIDE STORY
Raja Petra Kamarudin
Yesterday’s arrest of Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali’s nephew is ‘proof’ that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Chief Commissioner, Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad, is ‘out of control’. Pakatan Harapan can no longer ‘control’ the MACC like how they had been able to do so since Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed took over as the Chief Commissioner on 1st January 2010.
In the past the MACC was just like a component party member of the opposition coalition. Now the MACC no longer serves any master. And that is what is troubling the opposition, in particular Lim Kit Siang who needs the MACC on his side and to continue to act as his tool.

Pakatan Harapan leaders visit MACC’s office in a show of support

In 2015, Lim Kit Siang sang the praises of the MACC and even led a delegation of Pakatan leaders to visit the MACC office in Putrajaya as a show of support. Today, Kit Siang has put a bounty of RM100 million on Dzulkifli Ahmad’s head because his son, Lim Guan Eng, is facing the possibility of a long jail sentence.
So that ‘love affair’ between Pakatan and the MACC has gone badly sour.
Initially, Kit Siang thought that Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad could help save Guan Eng from going to jail. That was one reason why Kit Siang agreed to PPBM joining Pakatan Harapan and to Mahathir becoming Pakatan’s ‘top dog’. But now it looks like Mahathir cannot even save his own son let alone save Guan Eng. In fact, with the recent announcement regarding the RCI findings involving the Bank Negara RM31.5 billion forex scandal, it looks like Mahathir may not even be able to save himself after all.
Pakatan’s so-called ‘top dog’ is more like a ‘lame duck’ from the looks of it. This is what they mean when they say the hunter has now become the hunted. MACC, the tool that Mahathir and the opposition was trying to use to bring down Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak, is now what the Malays would call ‘senjata sudah makan tuan’.
What poetic justice when those who live by the sword die by the sword.

MACC’s Chief Commissioner Dzulkifli Ahmad cannot be bought, so he must be destroyed at all costs, even if it costs RM100 million

Kit Siang knows that saving Guan Eng from a jail sentence is not only going to be extremely difficult but is going to cost a bomb as well. A couple of million, or even tens of millions, will not cut it. It has to be a huge sum. So Kit Siang has set aside a budget of RM100 million for his ‘Save Guan Eng’s Ass Campaign’.
And RM100 million is not a huge figure when you consider it is not only to save your son but to ensure that the Lim Dynasty continues. If not the Lim Dynasty is going to end up just like the Mahathir Mohamad and Anwar Ibrahim dynasties: struggling just to stay alive and to stay relevant like a scene from the last days of the British Empire.
Buying off MACC’s Chief Commissioner, Dzulkifli Ahmad, is not an option. Dzulkifli is squeaky clean and is not for sale. So, if you can’t buy him, then you destroy him.
And that is what they are currently trying to do with the allegation of Dzulkifli’s so-called ‘sexual misconduct’ with someone else’s wife. Actually it is just a photograph of Dzulkifli allegedly holding hands with a divorcee. Nevertheless, they are launching a criminal investigation into this holding-hands incident with a view to get Dzulkifli sent to jail.
The so-called holding hands photo is merely the excuse they are using for want of a better excuse. When you have nothing you need to fabricate something. But this is the first time in history that a Special Task Force has been launched to investigate a holding-hands incident and probably the first time they are trying to send someone to jail for holding hands. But then they have nothing else to use against Dzulkifli who has no skeletons in his closet. So they need to fabricate ‘skeletons’ if they want to get rid of him so that Guan Eng can be saved from a long jail sentence.

Jahabar Sadiq, the assassin who has been engaged to destroy MACC’s Chief Commissioner, Dzulkifli Ahmad

Jahabar Sadiq, who is well-connected and has friends in high places, has been commissioned to launch the Crusade against MACC’s Dzulkifli. And for his services Kit Siang paid Jahabar 30% upfront as downpayment. They have been using The Malaysian Insight and Malaysian Gazette and writing under pseudonyms such as ‘Ayahanda MD’ — and even got Nur Jazlan Mohamed, the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, a close buddy of Jahabar, to announce that the police investigation involving MACC’s Dzulkifli is still ongoing and the file has not been closed yet.
Had Kit Siang known that Jahabar’s strategy is to use a silly photograph as leverage to bring down MACC’s Dzulkifli he would not have parted with that 30%. It makes one wonder whether Kit Siang is really clever after all as he pretends to be. Let us hope that Kit Siang made Jahabar sign a money-back-guarantee agreement or else the RM30 million would have burned for nothing.
The initial plan was for a quick kill. Within a week of revealing the photograph and announcing the setting up of the Special Task Force to investigate Dzulkifli he was supposed to fall and it would be game over. It was a sort of ‘shock and awe’ blitz. Jahabar, through his high-level associates, was supposed to have total control of the Special Task Force. So nothing could go wrong.
But it did not happen as planned. Just like how they miscalculated in the 1MDB issue three years ago, which was supposed to bring down Najib within three months, the move to bring down Dzulkifli within a week also failed. Dzulkifli is still in office and Guan Eng is not yet safe. And Kit Sinag probably wasted RM30 million for nothing.
